THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT: TITLE III LITIGATION

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) enables people with disabilities to access public places such as hotels, stores, restaurants and other areas of public accommodation, including people with disabilities that use service animals. Title III of the ADA also requires areas of public accommodation to provide access to auxiliary aids and services, such as sign language interpreters.
